Römerbad

The Römerbad in the north of Bonn has two special features: A large wave pool - the only one of its kind in Bonn - and a ten-meter diving tower make the outdoor pool attractive for visitors. From 2019 there is also a splash pool area for children. The new children's pool has a total of 128 square meters of water surface.

Melbbad

In Poppelsdorf, this pool is fairly close to the university and is frequented by students. It has grassy areas which get lots of sunshine. Visitors can play beach volleyball on two courts.

Panoramabad Rüngsdorf

This pool near the Rhine has a wonderful view of the Seven Mountains. A ten-meter elliptical-shaped diving platform, which is lit up at night is a big attraction and there is a 27.5 meter long slide that goes into the water. There is also a big playground area for children.

Freibad Friesdorf

This pool is nicknamed “Friesi” and is a smaller pool. It has areas for swimmers and non-swimmers, a splash pool and a beach volleyball court, ping pong, a basketball hoop, soccer net and ball.

Ennertbad

This pool is on the Beuel side of the Rhine River and has a Caribbean-like feel with painted parrots, monkeys and exotic birds. It has a five-meter diving board and the non-swimmer area has water cascades and a water slide.

Hardtbergbad

In Bonn, there is currently only one combined indoor and outdoor pool and this is it. Of course the outdoor pool is most popular in summer. During outdoor season, guests can feel authentic North Sea sand underfoot and sit on East Friesian roofed beach chairs - making for a real vacation feeling. It boasts a 33-meter water slide and water cascades in the non-swimmer area. There is also a beach volleyball court and a sandy playground area. Another highlight is a 400-meter climbing wall with various heights and levels of difficulty.

Bornheim

The indoor leisure pool in Bornheim offers a first-class leisure time experience. There is plenty of space to play, swim and relax on the large sunbathing lawn and in the swimming pool. The highlight is the slide.

Rheinbach

Monte Mare is not a typical outdoor swimming pool, but also a sports and adventure pool and wellness resort. Here you can relax outside, swim and enjoy the sun. And if you feel like it, the indoor area also has a lot to offer, including a wave pool. For more adventure, Monte Mare also offers an indoor diving center with underwater volcanoes, tube systems and a grotto landscape.

Saint Augustin

The outdoor pool describes itself as quiet and family-friendly. On an area of around 40,000 square meters, the outdoor pool has four heated pools with diving towers up to five meters high. The outdoor pool also offers beach volleyball courts, table tennis and football goals.

The pool in Siegburg started the season with a new grandstand and a freshly lined pool. The main features remain: two beach volleyball courts, three different pools, a slide center with a tire slide, a competition speed slide and a tube slide.

Rotter Lake

The Rotter Lake in Troisdorf is the only officially designated swimming lake in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district. Professional divers but also beginners can dive in the lake, depending on weather conditions you can see two to six meters.

The outdoor swimming pool in the Much forest sets itself apart with special theme evenings in addition to the usual swimming, i.e. a classics evening or various activities on the last Sunday of the holidays. The pool offers two slides, a match area and beach volleyball courts.

The outdoor swimming pool in Oberpleis has been in existence since 1935, when it was still called Strandbad and not Strandgarten as it is today. As the name suggests, the beach offers a holiday feeling under palm trees.
